Cheating, collusion (coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes), exploitation of bugs, and the use of automated bots are strictly prohibited. Games should be determined by skill, strategy, and luck — nothing else.
Hate speech, discriminatory language, explicit content, and excessive profanity have no place in our community. Keep conversations friendly, constructive, and appropriate for a diverse adult audience.
Repetitive messages, unsolicited promotions, sharing personal contact details, and any form of advertising in chat are prohibited. Keep conversations relevant to the game and the community.
You must be 18 or over to use this platform. If you become aware of an underage user, please report them immediately using the in-platform reporting tool.

We believe in fair, consistent enforcement with proportionate consequences.
For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a formal warning and a reminder of these guidelines. Warnings are recorded on your account.
Repeated violations or a single significant breach may result in a temporary suspension of your account, lasting from 24 hours to 30 days depending on severity.
Severe violations — including harassment, hate speech, cheating, or illegal conduct — will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
All enforcement decisions may be appealed by contacting support@playbestmultiplayergamesuk.com within 14 days of the action being taken. We review all appeals fairly.
If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it. Your reports help keep the community safe and are always reviewed by a human moderator.
